This house was lovely before, but with new siding, the change of color, gutters and fascia, removing the lamps and replacement with several pot-lights, it has undergone a face lift, not only modernizing the look but giving it amazing warmth. The refreshed look probably took 10 years off of the house, not to mention the additional value on the house. Note the use of the contrasting grey, with green tinge. The black compliments it beautifully.
